Order Processing
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in India. Please note that we process orders between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. After processing, your order will be shipped the next business day. Kindly note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or during sales/holiday periods, which may result in additional processing time.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • India: 12-20 business days
  • International: 15-30 business days

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen shipping issues. In most cases, your order will arrive sooner than the maximum time stated above.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that our prices are listed in UK Pounds and do not include customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility upon receiving your order. We cannot predict or cover these fees, and we are not responsible for any customs-related delays. For specific information about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.
